Hello, I’m Rafael Bastos, I’m 34 years old and for over 15 years I’ve been creating technological solutions through Innovation and Digital Transformation programs.

I’m passionate about strategic planning, I believe that no matter how complex our world is, a direction you need to define before you start doing anything. For this, I gained essential skills and knowledge to say that I know how to solve complex problems in a disruptive and creative way.

During my career I managed several transformational programs that started in the Ideation > Discovery > Planning > Execution > Value Delivery phases. All these steps addressing and transferring knowledge of tools and processes suitable for each team and for each organizational context. From simple, more traditional approaches to the most interactive and agile approaches.

Believing that everything is done by people, I have been developing skills in People Management, often playing a leadership role in matrix teams that seek to advance to become a high-performance team, often through the values ​​and principles of Agility.

In addition to knowledge about Product and Project Management, I sought specialization in Strategic Data Management, Transformative Leadership, Digital Twins and Requirements Engineering.

Because I have organizational experience with expressive results, I was invited to participate as Professor of Agile Methods and Innovation. In addition to the position of Professor, I am Author and Coordinator of Postgraduate courses Lato-sensu of the Digital Transformation Management, Product Management, Hybrid Project Management and Data Management courses through the BBI of Chicago in partnership with Centro Educacional Celso Lisbon.
